VAT
Swedish VAT 25% will be added for participants from Sweden and in some other cases (see VAT rules below). All fees will be charged in SEK. </i>
VAT-rules
- Non-EU participants: No VAT charged.
- EU participants outside Sweden with a valid VAT registration
number: No VAT charged (otherwise Swedish VAT 25% charged).
- Swedish participants (all categories): VAT charged.
- Conference dinner: All participants will be charged Swedish VAT 25%.

Cancellation (Registration fee and Hotel)
Malmö Kongressbyrå AB (MKAB) only accepts written cancellations by post, email or fax.
Cancellation Hotel Registration fee

Important: reimbursements will be made after the conference.
Cancellation (hotel)
Cancellation must be made at the latest four weeks before the conference. if you need to cancel, please do it as soon as possible to MKAB and not to the hotel. The hotel will receive your name just a few days before the conference.
