Deadline for abstract submission: 15 april 2009
All abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the members of the scientific committee.
The abstracts can me accepted for poster or oral presentation.
SUBMISSION
Abstracts must be submitted on the congress website. Do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract. Abstracts must be prepared in English.
A confirmation with the abstract reference code will automattically be sent to the e-mail address given when submitting.

Indicate if oral or poster presentation is preferred
To review and make changes in your abstract
You will recieve a password for login to review and make changes in your abstract. It will be possible to make changes in your abstract until the abstract deadline.
Tabls and illustrations
Tables and illustrations should be sent as PDF files to our email address: lotta@malmokongressbyra.se
Please make reference to the reference number you were given when submitting the abstract form.
Acceptance
In order for your abstract to be accepted for presentation and print, you need to be registered for the conference. Should the abstract not be accepted, full repayment will be made on request.
Notification
Author notification will be made before April 6.

TYPING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE! Instead of using special characters, type the whole word: e.g "alpha"
1/ Each abstract should contain no more than 250 words.
2/ Make the title brief, clearly indicating the nature of the investigation. Do not use capital letters.
3/ Authors: first name and last name. e.g.: John Smith, start with the presenting author.
4/ Affiliations: name of the institutional affiliation, city and country. (no address)
5/ The abstract body should be organised as follows:
Background: Purpose of the study, preferably one sentence
Materials and methods
Results: Summary of results presented in sufficient detail to support the conclusions. Results stated in the abstracts must be complete (though concise) and final.
Conclusion: Statements such as, “results will

Poster presentation
Poster size: height 1,20 m and width 0,9 m.
Materials for the hanging of your poster will be provided at the poster desk on site.
Posters will be grouped according to symposium themes and organized in poster sessions
