Malmö Kongressbyrå AB (MKAB) only accepts written cancellations by post, email or fax.

Before July 31..............Full refund.....................Full refund
Before August 21..........Full refund.....................50 % refund
After August 21............No refund .....................No refund
Important: reimbursements will be made after the conference.
Cancellation (hotel)
Cancellation must be made at the latest five weeks before the conference.
if you need to cancel, please do it as soon as possible to MKAB and not to the hotel. info@mkon.se
The hotel will receive your name just a few days before the conference.
