Our project managers work closely with the conference’s organising committee and are responsible for all the practical and logistical work before, during and after the event. This enables the organising committee to focus primarily on the content of the conference, i.e. the scientific programme.
Malmö Conference Agency appoints a project team and project manager for each conference, and these people are your contacts. The project manager acts as an advisor and initiator throughout the process and is responsible for the timetable, financial administration and setting up budgets, co-ordination and marketing, as well as negotiations with subcontractors and exhibitors/sponsors. The project co-ordinator is primarily responsible for participant administration, abstract management, hotel bookings and other administration.
While working on the conference, we naturally draw on the project manager’s experience and knowledge, as well as the entire company’s know-how through other members of staff and advisors such as lawyers and accountants.
