Lund University will host the annual International Congress on Electrocardiology (ICE) June 3–5, 2010. The scientific sessions of the congress will cover a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from basic cellular processes to clinical applications. This year special attention will be paid to imaging in cardiac arrhythmias, integrative cardiac modelling, and non-invasive risk stratification in ischemic heart disease, heart failure, and inherited arrhythmic disorders.
Abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in the Journal of Electrocardiology.
The venue is located in the very heart of Lund, a medieval university city in Southern Sweden where you will enjoy a warm atmosphere, rich culture and history. Being called The City of Ideas, Lund is a key research site within the Medicon Valley, one of Europe’s strongest life science clusters.
Lund can be easily reached through the airports of Copenhagen or Malmö which both are less than one hour away. Frequent connections with commuter train (Copenhagen) or bus (Malmö) will conveniently take you to downtown Lund and the conference hotels.
More information about the congress will be posted during spring 2010. Inquiries about the conference can be sent to info@malmokongressbyra.se
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Lund in 2010!
