It is a great pleasure to invite you to Scandinavia where we in Malmö will host the 19th International Workshop on Vascular Anomalies in June 16- 19th, 2012. This exciting event will take place in one of the cultural and artistic centers of Malmö; Malmö Opera. We have chosen this building because of the splendid facilities and beautiful architecture from 1944. It is located in the middle of the city center close to the old historic city center, from the 12 th century. This is where the ISSVA´s excellent scientific sessions will be held, ensuring the most enjoyable visit for you

Bring your family and take the great opportunity to experience our wonderful wild clean nature. Explore the old castles in our country with undestroyed nature with its rich animal life, either up north in the mountains with the laps or in the archepelag where the Vikings started their adventures.

The weekend after the Workshop the Swedes will celebrate the heden tradition with Midsummer which is a very interesting feast to celebrate.

For those of you who are interested in culture, art and design there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy museums, opera and theatres.
