Cancellation (Registration fee and Hotel)
Malmö Kongressbyrå AB (MKAB) only accepts written cancellations by post, email or fax.

Before August 22..............Full refund....................Full refund
Before September 15........Full refund....................50 % refund
After September 15...........No refund.....................No refund
Important: reimbursements will be made after the conference.
Cancellation (hotel)
Cancellation must be made at the latest five weeks before the conference. if you need to cancel, please do it as soon as possible to MKAB and not to the hotel. The hotel will receive your name just a few days before the conference.
